31 Way Forward for FY 2016-17 PRC 2016 - Indira Awaas YojanaSlide No. 31 All IAY related financial and physical progress figures to be accepted as in. AwaasSoft only. Payments for all Financial Years to be executed through PFMS Account balance identified at different levels of the State hierarchy to be transferred to the State nodal account for IAY Auto generation and submission of proposals on AwaasSoft for the release of funds States to ascertain the opening balance after conducting audits in the 1 st fortnight of April, 2016, and to update the opening balance on AwaasSoft.
