Class Rules

Missed Class If you miss class any assignments that you missed will be on the back table with your name on it. Missed bellwork from the past week will be hung on the wall.

For All Assignments Put name AND hour on all papers. If you dont have them on the papers, I wont grade it. I will put them on the bottom cubby in the big bookshelf.

Due Dates Every assignment is due at the beginning of the hour on its due date.

Late Assignments 10% will be taken off for each day that your assignment is late. This does not include no name papers or papers without the hour listed.

Hand In Basket By the door.

Tardy Be inside the classroom when the bell rings or you are tardy. After 2 tardies you will get a detention.

Raise your hand to talk.

Oops Passes You get 6 oops passes per semester. You can use oops passes for the following: Go to the bathroom/drink. You have a late assignment Forgot to bring something to class If you are tardy

What to Bring to Class Textbook Pencil Notebook Paper Assignments Agenda Library Book

Drinks No drinks in my class.

Food Ask me before you do.

My desk No one goes behind my desk for any reason unless Ive told you to do so. No one goes in my cubbies or cabinets unless Ive told you to do so. No one can touch the TV, DVD player, or computer unless Ive told you to do so. DETENTION if you do any of these things – no warnings.

Extra Credit The only extra credit that I offer is this: Do the section or chapter reviews in your textbook. You can only do the sections/chapters that we have covered in class. Dont come up to me with one day left in the 9 weeks asking for extra credit!!

Complete Sentences You always have to write in complete sentences, unless I tell you otherwise.

Opportunity Time I will always be in my class before 1 st hour. You may only come down if you have something to work on or have questions for my class.

After School I will be in my classroom after school from 2:30 to 2:50 everyday. During wrestling season I will never be in my classroom after school. You will need to come in during Opportunity Time.

Bellwork Bellwork will always be on the TV at the beginning of the hour. You get about 3-5 minutes to finish it. Do it on notebook paper ONLY. It is due every other Friday. So 2 weeks of bellwork will be done on one sheet of notebook paper. Always write the date next to your answer.

Todays Homework Please do one of the following by Friday: Master Kung Fu Wear a fake mustache for 24 hours End world hunger Find your nemesis, earn their trust, and then vanquish them (preferably with magic) In the shower, use conditioner first and then shampoo just to see what happens (Im curious)
