UniPrint Online Portal Simplified Instant Quotations

Simplified Instant Quotations Workflow Customer logs on UniPrint portal Customer requests items required UniPrint submits order to printer Printer delivers goods to customer Printer invoices customer via APES workflow

Use either of the following browsers (DO NOT USE ANY OTHER BROWSERS) Copy the following link and save to your favorites https://unisa.printiq.com/login.aspx *Secure site: Ensure full link is used https://

Login using your UniSA Login Type your UniSA Username Password & Click Sign In

Select Simplified Product Click Start Order Select Simplified Product

Your School or Unit will auto populate in the Customer field

Select Product By clicking either Product Icon or Text (Left Hand Side)

Example shown: Business Card

Click on Order

Enter the Staff Members Name (who the business card is for) in the title as shown If the order is required by a specific date, enter the date and time fields

Click on the drop down and select up to four quantities Only use quantities listed (DO NOT SELECT OTHER) Click Get Price *This price does include freight but not GST

Some products not have quantities to select These products are defaulted at 999 Only in this instance you can select Other This will allow you to enter up to four quantities Click Get Price *This price does include freight but not GST

(A notification should display Document was saved) Enter each required field on the left hand side by either tabbing or using scroll bar and clicking in the fields Click Save (A notification should display Document was saved)

If you are submitting an order on behalf of another staff member, you can send a proof. Click View Artwork The save as dialog box will appear. A PDF of the artwork can then be saved to desired location, from which it can be emailed to whom the artwork needs to be approved by.

If alterations are required, return to the quote and amend the required fields. Repeat View Artwork & Email Artwork process, until approval is granted. Once you wish to proceed to print Click Freight

To add additional products Click on the + Select Add IQ Store Item Repeat the steps on the prior slide

To Print or Download the Quotation … Click Print Icon The quotation will appear Click Download Icon or to print Click Check Out to proceed with quotation

To Email the Quotation Click Mail Icon Chose either Contact Type Email Address Select Email to Me Type a Message Click Send Click Checkout

Enter Contact Name If your name doesn’t appear in the search field Click on the + Enter all fields in the Contact fields Click on Save and Close

Enter the required Delivery Address To enter an address click + Complete Address fields Click Save & Close Repeat the steps for Delivery Contact

For Multiple Delivery Locations Click Multiple Enter the Delivery Address, Enter Contact details Enter Quantity required for this location Click Add Delivery and repeat steps to assign all quantities to a location

Select the quantity required Scroll down and Select Complete Order

Submitting your own artwork Load artwork by clicking Print Ready PDF (with Bleed & Trim) Locate the file and click Upload For files not in PDF format Click on Supporting Document Your artwork will appear as shown like the business card file, which you can download and add notes if required Click Confirm

Your order has now been placed and will be processed UniPrint In the example below Job number is J003932 Please use your job number as a reference when liaising with UniPrint staff
