Logging In:
New Users: Create a Login name and password. You will be sent to the “New User” query page.
Returning Users: Please type in your User name and password. Click “Forgot Password” to have your password reset.

3. Creating your account:
New Users: Please fill in the form for delivery and account information.
Once you have completed your account details, press “Create Account” and you are now a registered user.

The Loyola Print on Demand portal has several tools for printing popular items. We will focus on the Greeting Cards section of the portal for this exercise.

Pre formatted greeting is already in place. Feel free to enter your own personalized note on lines 6-10.
Once your design is chosen, you will enter the card design page. You can only place text on the inside back cover.

Once you have your desired copy typed in, click the “PDF Preview” to see your card proof and

Proofing Your Card:
Your card design opens in a new window as a PDF (Portable Document Format). Click the “X” on the tab to return to the previous screen. You may also save a copy of the card at this point for future reference.

8. Like what you see? Then you are all ready to place your order!

To proceed to the checkout, please click the prompt “Next Step” in the upper right hand corner.

Enter the number of card packs you require
(cards come in packs of 25, envelopes are included)
Review the Price Estimate to ensure you are within budget and confirm the price
Once you are satisfied with your order, press the “Next Step” arrow to advance to the final order step.

10. Placing Your Order:
You now need to save your work by adding the card to your shopping cart. You may also press “PDF Preview” if you need to check your work one last time prior to ordering. If satisfied, press “Add to Cart”.

11. Placing Your Order:
At this step you have the option to order more cards (which takes you back to the card ordering screen, slide 4) or you may proceed to check out and pay for your order.

12. Placing Your Order:
You are now in the shipping screen. Confirm all your shipping information is accurate. If the ship to address is not accurate, please click the ‘Address Book’ icon to update your shipping address.

13. Placing Your Order:
Make any corrections to your shipping information. Click “Accept” when done. You will be returned to the shipping confirmation screen.

14. Placing Your Order: B. A.
Choose your method of payment (A), then confirm your costs and press “Next Step” (B). If you prefer to charge this to your department account, please enter the account number in the designated field.

15. Placing Your Order:
You are now on the final order screen. Confirm quantities, your pricing and click “Place Order”.

Please allow 3-5 days to receive your order.
