2 Home Screen Click here to go directly to IMIS or type the following URL in your web browser: HQ has set up your user credential in order to use IMIS. Click on the “password” link (circled above) to create a password.

3 The above dialogue box will appear
The above dialogue box will appear. Type in the you have on file with Headquarters in the username field.

4 When you click on the reset link, the above dialogue box will appear in order to create your password. Once you have created your password, you are ready to log into the system!

5 Member Profile Once logged in you can upload your picture, view/edit your personal details, renew your membership, view payment history and download an e-version of your membership card. Notes: Headquarters will no longer print membership cards. Members and/or the top four Chapter Officers can view/print membership cards. The top four officers of your chapter will be listed at the top as shown in the above screen shot.

6 Member Profile – About Me Tab
Under the About Me tab, click on the pen in the right hand corner (circled above) to edit your information. Note: You cannot edit your Title, Years of Service and Membership ID so these fields will be greyed out.

7 Member Profile – History Tab
Under the History Tab, you can view recent transactions, interactions and billing history. For example, once you pay your membership dues online or supreme convention delegate/alternate/guest registration package, you will be able to view the transaction on this tab.

8 For Top Four Chapter Officers – Editing Member Info
The top four chapter officers have the ability to update members’ contact information. To do so, click on your chapter link located directly above your profile picture.

9 For Top Four Chapter Officers – Editing Member Info
Once clicked it will bring you to the above page where you will see the full list of members in your chapter. Click on the name of the member to bring you to the member’s page. From there you can click on the edit buttons to edit information such as address, , and phone number.

10 For Top Four Chapter Officers – Chapter Reports
The top four chapter officers have the ability to view chapter reports. To view reports, click the Reports tab in the top right corner and then click on the link labeled IQA Reports. The above screen will appear. Choose the reports you wish to view by selecting the report via the drop down menu where it says Select a query.

11 For Top Four Chapter Officers – Chapter Reports
A few reports include Chapter Active Roster, Deceased Roster, Delinquent Roster, Life Member Roster, Chapter Officer Roster, District - Chapter Officer Roster and Grand Lodge Officer Roster.

12 For Top Four Chapter Officers – Membership Cards
Step 2 Step 3 Step 1 For Top Four Chapter Officers – Membership Cards The top four chapter officers have the ability to print membership cards for the entire chapter, for a specific member, and/or via check (if check and remittance form was sent into HQ for members’ payment). Click on Reports and then Membership Cards. Enter your option. Then click Run Report and export to PDF or Word to print (see above steps 1-3).

13 For Top Four Chapter Officers – Chapter Reports
The top four chapter officers also have the ability to print mailing labels for their chapter. To print labels, click the Reports tab in the top right corner again and click on the link labeled Membership Labels.

14 Chapter Member Labels Click Run Report. Once the labels appear, click on the Save Icon (circled above) and click on the PDF link in order to export the labels to a PDF document. Insert Avery 5160 return labels in your printer tray and print the PDF.

15 For Top Four Chapter Officers – Chapter Payment
The top four chapter officers have the ability to remit payment for their members within the chapter via a group payment. To do this, first click on the Chapter Group Payments tab.

16 For Top Four Chapter Officers – Chapter Payment
Your chapter members will automatically appear. Check the box for those members who have submitted payment to the chapter. Then click the Pay Cash Dues button that will appear at the bottom of the chapter member list.

17 Chapter Payment Shopping Cart– Check Out
Pay for the members you have selected via credit card and press the Submit button at the bottom of the payment details. You can then view/print / the receipt detailing the chapter payment transaction.

18 Districts – Chapter Reports within District
The top four officers in each District can view chapter reports within their district by following the same steps listed for the top four chapter officers. When entering in a chapter, please enter the chapter in a 3 digit format. For example, Hermione Chapter 11 should be entered in as 011. Districts should be entered in as a 2 digit format. For example, District 3 as 03.

19 Important Notes on IMIS
Existing members can renew their membership via credit card online. If you do not wish to pay for your dues via credit card, you must submit a check to your chapter as done previously. Individuals cannot submit dues to Headquarters via check; only online or through their chapter. Members who wish to pay back dues for years missed must send their payment through their chapter via check as done previously. In an effort to reduce costs and go green, Headquarters will no longer print membership cards. Members can view/print e-membership cards directly from their profile. The top four Chapter Officers also have the ability to print members’ cards. The top four Chapter Officers have access to their chapter reports (Chapter President, Chapter Vice President, Chapter Recording Secretary, and Chapter Treasurer). The top four district officers have access to the chapter reports within their district.

20 How to Register for the Supreme Convention
Click on the Events Tab on the Home Page Click on the Supreme Convention Link Note: Online registration will open after the delegate/reporting deadline on June 2.

21 How to Register for the Supreme Convention
Read the general information regarding the Supreme Convention Click on the Register Myself button to purchase a convention package for yourself or someone else Please note your chapter must have sent in the delegate/alternate reporting form listing you as a delegate/alternate in order for you to register for your package online.
