Overview of managing access for a Bill to ID Instructions for Navigating in the Training Module This training module is best viewed in Slide Show mode. Service Access Management: Using Bill to ID Enables Administrator to associate Bill to IDs to Cisco Account profiles, in order to obtain Cisco services If the Bill to ID is enabled for support access, the individual will be able to obtain support for any Contract under that Bill to ID When a new service Contract is purchased under the enabled Bill to ID, the associated user is automatically able to obtain support for the new contract Primary users: Partners who need to obtain service on behalf of their end customers; Customers who purchase directly from Cisco Using Bill to ID

Service Access Management Tool Bill to ID Admin – Features (cont.) Administrators can perform the following actions: ADD, REMOVE, ENABLE, DELETE ADD BID Add Bill to IDs to Cisco.com profiles so that individuals can obtain Cisco services REMOVE BID Remove Bill to IDs so that individuals can not obtain Cisco services

Service Access Management Tool Bill to ID Admin – Features (cont.) Administrators can perform the following actions: BLOCK, UNBLOCK, LOCK, UNLOCK LOCK BID Lock Bill to IDs to prevent Cisco representatives from adding them to a Cisco.com profile BLOCK BID Block Bill to IDs for a Cisco.com profile, so the individual cannot request to have them added to his Cisco.com profile COLLABORATIVELY LOCK BID Prevent Cisco representatives from adding BID to a Cisco.com profile, but allow them to add contracts UNBLOCK BID Unblock Bill to IDs for a Cisco.com profile, so the individual can now request to have them added to his Cisco.com profile) UNLOCK BID Unlock Bill to IDs to allow Cisco representatives to add them to a Cisco.com profile

Service Access Management Tool Bill to ID Admin - Features (cont.) Automated notifications are generated when the following actions are completed: Action Recipient Cisco adds an administered Bill to ID to a Cisco.com profile All Administrators of that Bill to ID A Bill to ID is added, deleted, blocked, unblocked, locked or unlocked Any action is taken on the individual’s Cisco.com profile by an Administrator Affected Individual Each administrator can establish their own email notification preferences

Bill to ID - Manage by Number The Manage by Number screen allows you to: Enter a single Bill to ID you administer, and select an Action. 1 Or, choose a single Bill to ID from the list of all Bill to IDs that you administer, and select an Action. 2 The Actions you can perform are: 3 Add BID and Enable support access Delete BID Block BID Unblock BID Modify Expiry date to access BID

Bill to ID – Manage by Name The Manage by Name screen allows you to: 1 Click Add Name to add someone that you cannot see, then select an Action Locate an individual using a search attribute, then select an Action 2 The Actions you can perform are: Add BID and Enable support access Delete BID Block BID Unblock BID Modify Expiry date to access BID 3

Bill to ID - Manage by Group The Manage by Group screen allows you to: 1. Create a New Group 2. Or, select an existing group to: Add Bill to IDs and enable support access for group Add name to the group Delete individuals or Bill to IDs from the group Rename the group Delete the group Share / Unshare group access 1 2

Bill to ID - Lock/Unlock The Lock/Unlock screen allows you to: 1 Enter one Bill to ID that you Administer, and select an Action Or, choose one or more Bill to IDs, and select an Action 2 The Actions you can perform are: Lock Bill to ID(s) Unlock Bill to ID(s) Lock Collaborative Contracts only 3

Contract Number - Administration The Administration screen allows you to: Obtain Reports Perform batch uploads Validate which users are authorized for service Provide access to other administrators Make or request updates to your Cisco Account Profile Inform Cisco that individuals have left the company Inform Cisco that individuals are obtaining support and may not be authorized

Bill to ID – Other Tool Functions If an individual attempts to request a blocked or locked Bill to ID be added to his Cisco.com profile using the Cisco.com Profile Manager, a message will be displayed directing him to the Administrator(s) for that Bill to ID. A notification will automatically be sent to the Administrator with the individual’s information. The request will not be sent to Cisco. If Cisco attempts to add a blocked or locked Bill to ID to a Cisco.com profile using Cisco’s internal tools, a message will be displayed indicating the Bill to ID cannot be added. An email will automatically be sent to the Administrator with the individual’s information If Cisco adds a Bill to ID to a Cisco.com profile, all Administrators will be notified. Administrators can establish notification preferences to control email messages.
