Last Updated: April 2014 Instructions for Navigating in the Training Module This training module is best viewed in Slide Show mode. Click on the PowerPoint slide show icon at the bottom of the screen. To proceed to the next step, click the mouse, or use the “PgDn” or Down Arrow key on your keyboard. To return to the previous step, right click and select “Previous” from the menu, or use the “PgUp” or Up Arrow key on your keyboard. To end the presentation, right click and select “End Show” from the menu, or use the “Esc” key on your keyboard.

All rights reserved. 3 Bill to ID - Manage by Number: Remove access from Cisco.com Profile Screen 1 of 2 To Delete a Bill to ID from a Cisco.com profile using the Manage by Number screen: 1. Choose a Bill to ID. Screen 1 of 2: 1. Enter a Bill to ID that you manage. OR 1 1 2 3 2. Select Remove Support access by Bill to ID from Cisco.com profile. 3. Click the Submit button. 2. Select Remove Support access by Bill to ID. 3. Click on the Submit button. OR Note:You cannot see a Bill to ID in the tool unless that number is in your Cisco.com profile and you are set up to manage it. 23

Last Updated: April 2014 Bill to ID - Manage by Number: Remove access Bill To ID Screen 2 of 2 Once a Bill to ID has been chosen and the action Delete Bill to ID has been selected: Screen 2 of 2: 1.Search for an individual and select them. 2.Click on the Submit button. A success message will be displayed. An email confirmation will be sent to all Administrators for that Bill to ID as well as each individual. Once a Bill to ID has been chosen and the action Delete Bill to ID has been selected: Screen 2 of 2: 1.Search for an individual and select them. 2.Click on the Submit button. A success message will be displayed. An email confirmation will be sent to all Administrators for that Bill to ID as well as each individual. Note:If you cannot locate an individual in the tool, see the “Add Name” instructions. All the Contract Numbers under the Bill to ID will be deleted from the Cisco.com profile(s) you select. All rights reserved. 6 Bill to ID - Manage by Name: Remove Support Access Screen 1 of 2 To Remove Support Access using the Manage by Name screen: 1 5. Select Remove support access by Bill to ID. 6. Click on the Submit button. 4 5 4. Choose the individual. Screen 1 of 2: 1. Select a search attribute from the drop down list. A list of individuals who match the search attribute and criteria you entered will appear. 2. Enter the information you want to search for. 3. Click on the Search button. 23 6

All rights reserved. 7 Bill to ID - Manage by Name: Remove Support Access Screen 2 of 2 Once an individual has been chosen and the action Remove support access by Bill to ID has been selected: Screen 2 of 2: 1.Select one, many, or all Bill to IDs from the list. Note:A message will be displayed if the individual you chose does not have any Bill to IDs that you manage enabled for support access in his Cisco.com profile. 1 2.Click on the Submit button. A success message will be displayed. An email confirmation will be sent to all Administrators for that Bill to ID as well as the individual. 2 Removing support access does not remove the Bill to IDs from the individual’s Cisco.com profile. Use “Delete Bill to IDs from Cisco.com profile” to remove access and delete the Bill to IDs from the individual.
