Cisco Confidential 1 The Manage by Group screen allows you to: Create a New Group  Add individuals or Bill to IDs to the group  Add individuals or Bill to IDs to the group and enable support access  Remove support access from the group  Delete individuals or Bill to IDs from the group  Rename the group  Delete the group  Share / Unshare group Or, choose an existing group and select:

Screen 1 of 3: 1.Enter a group name and description. Note:If you cannot locate a Bill to ID in the tool, you are not set up to manage it. 1 2 3 Screen 2 of 3: 3.Select the Bill to ID(s) to add to the group. 6.Click on the Submit button. 2.Click on the Next button. 4.Click on either the Add Bill to IDs or on the Add Bill to IDs and Enable Support Access button. 4 5 6

Cisco Confidential 3 To Add Bill to ID(s) to a Group using the Manage by Group screen: Screen 1 of 2: 1.Choose a group. 1 2 Screen 2 of 2: 4.Select the Bill to ID(s) to add to the group. 5.Click on the Submit button. 2.Select Add Bill to ID to group (does not provide support access). 3.Click on the Submit button. 3 A success message will be displayed. An email confirmation will be sent to all Administrators for the Bill to ID(s) as well as each individual in the group. 4 5 Note:You cannot see a Bill to ID in the tool unless that number is in your Cisco.com profile and you are set up to manage it. See slide 70 for how to add Bill to IDs to your profile. slide 70

Cisco Confidential 4 To Add Bill to ID(s) and Enable support access for a Group using the Manage by Group screen: Screen 1 of 2: 1.Choose a group. 1 2 Screen 2 of 2: 4.Select the Bill to ID(s) to add and enable. 5.Click on the Submit button. 2.Select Add Bill to ID and Enable support access for group (provides support access). 3.Click on the Submit button. 3 A success message will be displayed. An email confirmation will be sent to all Administrators for the Bill to ID(s) as well as each individual in the group. 4 5 Note:You cannot see a Bill to ID in the tool unless that number is in your Cisco.com profile and you are set up to manage it. Cisco Confidential 5 To Add Name(s) to a Group using the Manage by Group screen: Screen 1 of 2: 1.Choose a group. 1 2 Screen 2 of 2: 4.Select the Name(s) to add to the group (or click Add Name and enter the Cisco.com ID). 5.Click on the Submit button. 2.Select Add name to group. 3.Click on the Submit button. 3 A success message will be displayed. An email confirmation will be sent to all Administrators for the Bill to ID(s) as well as each individual in the group. 4 5

Cisco Confidential 6 To Remove Support Access from a Group using the Manage by Group screen: Screen 1 of 2: 1.Choose a group. 1 2 Screen 2 of 2: 4.Select the Bill to ID(s) to remove access from. 5.Click on the Submit button. 2.Select Remove support access from group (does not delete BIDs from group). 3.Click on the Submit button. 3 A success message will be displayed. An email confirmation will be sent to all Administrators for the Bill to ID(s) as well as each individual in the group. 4 5 Note:You cannot see a Bill to ID in the tool unless that number is in your Cisco.com profile and you are set up to manage it. Cisco Confidential 7 To Delete Bill to ID(s) from a Group using the Manage by Group screen: Screen 1 of 2: 1.Choose a group. 1 2 Screen 2 of 2: 4.Select the Bill to ID(s) to delete from group. 5.Click on the Submit button. 2.Select Delete Bill to ID from group (removes access and deletes BIDs from group). 3.Click on the Submit button. 3 A success message will be displayed. An email confirmation will be sent to all Administrators for the Bill to ID(s) as well as each individual in the group. 4 5 Note:You cannot see a Bill to ID in the tool unless that number is in your Cisco.com profile and you are set up to manage it. Cisco Confidential 8 To Delete Name(s) from a Group using the Manage by Group screen: Screen 1 of 2: 1.Choose a group. 1 2 Screen 2 of 2: 4.Select the Name(s) to delete from the group. 5.Click on the Submit button. 2.Select Delete name from group. 3.Click on the Submit button. 3 A success message will be displayed. An email confirmation will be sent to all Administrators for the Bill to ID(s) as well as each individual in the group. 4 5

Cisco Confidential 10 To Delete a Group using the Manage by Group screen: Screen 1 of 2: 1.Choose a group. 1 2 Screen 2 of 2: 4.Click on the Yes button. 2.Select Delete group (Note: deleting a group does not delete the Bill to IDs or support access from the Cisco.com profiles of the individuals in the group). 3.Click on the Submit button. 3 4

Cisco Confidential 11 To Share/Unshare a Group using the Manage by Group screen: Screen 1 of 2: 1.Choose a group. 1 2 Screen 2 of 2: To Share 4.Click Share Group Access and Enter the CCO id to share To UnShare 5.Click on the Unshare Group Access and select Administrators to Unshare. 2.Select Share/Unshare group. 3.Click on the Submit button. 3 4 5 4
