GNOSIS Registration Process

The Registration Process Go to www.mygnosis.com Click the green “Sign Up Now” button Register using your work e-mail address and create a password Enter the registration code: REGISTRATION CODE Once you select the blue “Register” button, a confirmation message will be sent to your e-mail. If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your spam and junk folder.

Navigating the Dashboard Select Start Assessment to the right side of the course title you want to begin Assessments are offered for: Emergency Medicine Medical- Surgical Intensive Care Unit Labor & Delivery

Launch your courses from the Dashboard 1 Select the Start Assessment option Each Assessment has a different number of sections You can click Save & Exit only at the end of an Assessment section You can click Hide Timer as an option Click Continue when you are ready to begin 3 2 4 5

GNOSIS Assessment and Learning Path Navigation

The Assessment What to expect Your Assessment is assigned based on your clinical role. Once you answer a question, you are unable to return to the question to change your answer. Reserve at least 30 minutes of uninterrupted time before starting the Assessment. Knowledge Questions Each knowledge question has a clear, correct answer and are scored traditionally.

The Assessment Knowledge Questions – Multi-Select Knowledge questions with multi-select answers are scored the same way as single answer Knowledge questions. 1. Read the question 2. See how many selections are necessary to complete the question 3. Select appropriate responses 4. Hit Submit to continue 2 3 If you cannot press the Submit button, check to make sure all possible answers are selected 4

GNOSIS Learning Path Algorithm The Learning Path presents relevant course material, prioritized for each clinician’s personal needs. The items on the Learning Path are arranged by clinical significance and an individual’s answers to concepts addressed in the assessment. Areas of greater risk impact, or opportunities to improve knowledge or judgment in a concept, appear higher. Areas of lower risk impact, and those that the user already understands well, appear lower. As content is completed it will move to the bottom of the Learning Path and become gray Red = high priority content yellow = medium priority content green = low priority content Use the “Continue” button to advance to the next tab

Scores and GNOSIS Certificates

My Scores Report The My Scores report shows your assessment score compared to other clinicians who took the assessment at respective institution and nationally. Click My Scores in the top navigation bar Choose an assessment (it will default to the most recent completion) If you have assessed more than once for a course, you can track your change in score over time. Compare your scores to your organization or across GNOSIS’ entire database. View your assessment score across different Practice Areas. (Click the colored diamond for more details) 1 2 3 4 5

Demonstrating accruing CME/CE Credits A sample Learning Path is displayed. Summarizing the time for the content segments provides 28 minutes towards continuing medical education. 3 mins 4 mins 5 mins 1 min 2 mins + 28 minutes and 0.25 accrued CME/CE credits (30 minutes = 0.5 CME/CE credits)

GNOSIS Certificates Certificates are granted once you complete your Assessment and reds and yellows in your Learning Path. If you would like to earn the maximum credit hours for a course you can complete the green section as well.

The Power of Your Profile

GNOSIS Profile GNOSIS Profile includes adjustable settings for primary role, degree information, and password changes. Apply changes by selecting the blue update user account or update registration buttons 1. Select your name and select Profile 2. Update your Password 3. Update registration information 2 As the individual user completes their Learning Path blocks, the Certificate Progress indicator saves credit towards the certificate in 15 minute increments. 3
