17 Your availability Now you need to click on the Games button on the top left menu then select Availability from drop down list A calendar will appear You will need to indicate which days you are available by clicking on the box on those dates You must click on the update button to save the information Ref Centre will only assign you games if you have made yourself available for that day It is important that you keep this calendar up to date as you receive appointments from other referee assigners Place your mouse over the day to see which game you have on that day

18 A game offer This is a picture of the home page after you have been offered a game You should have received an invitation by to prompt you but you should also check this pg regularly in case an was missed The blue section indicates that you have been offered another game. Note that your next game will always appear on the left. The flag indicates that it is an AR appointment. A whistle will indicate a referee appointment You must accept or decline this game by visiting the Offers page Click on link

19 Accepting or declining a game

20 Game Previews Click on game preview to see the details of your game
The details will show a map of the field, directions to the field and competition rules such as ball size and lengths of halves etc Some leagues will also show you the uniform colours of each team so you know what colour of jerseys to bring

21 Game Report When you need to submit a game report (ie. You Centered a game – you do not need to do a report if you were the AR) an orange warning is posted

22 Submitting a game report
Click on Games and select Game report to submit your report. Please submit a report within 24 hours of the game Some leagues will require you to enter red and yellow card descriptions as part of the game report. In this case you do not need to send the reports through the mail. Other leagues will only request a score as part of the game report and for these leagues you should forward any red and yellow card reports on paper through the mail or by fax

23 Summary The Ref Centre process is as follows
The referee initially visits Ref Centre to register at the start of the year (there may be an initial test as well) – you must pay the appropriate amount before you can register The referee then goes to preferences (fields divisions etc)- see section later on this He then returns to Ref Centre on a regular basis to select the dates that he is available to officiate The referee will be sent an from Ref Centre when he has been offered a game The referee must visit Ref Centre to accept or decline the game If he accepts the game then he returns to the Ref Centre site to submit the score (if he was the Center Ref –ARs do not need to)
