The following are questions you need to answer for yourself to figure out if are you ready and able to live on your own: They cover the following Topics: Physical Hygiene Healthy Nutrition Appropriate Personal Organization Maintaining Physical and Emotional Health Managing Stress Strategies for Success in Healthy Living Succeeding in Independent Living Better Use of My Leisure Time
