Facing the giants

Transformational leaders Transformational leaders that I know… The decisions they make look like… Their behaviors and actions look like… I admire these people because…

Concentric circles How do you motivate your organization and/or members? How do you set goals? How do you recognize success? Share a challenge that your organization is facing. How do you identify the needs of your members and organization? How do you serve as a role model to others in your student organization? How can my MBTI results help me become a better leader?

Pair & Share Transformational Leaders… Inspire their followers to look beyond self-interest and work together for a collective purpose Share a time when you served as a transforming leader. What was that experience like? How did the leader and members inspire each other to higher levels of morality?
