Applicant Tracking Project Preparing for Project Completion Wilmington, North Carolina April 4, 2017

Seventy LEAs are live System has been in operation for over a year Functional updates since Fall PANC: Internal Hires NC Job Board BIB Integration LINQ Integration Real time web services Preferences and Prospecting On-Boarding functionality is available and we are soliciting new users Charter rollout is underway Urgent issues are being handled the same day

Schedule Update Small LEAs Large LEA pilots On Boarding Large LEAs 2017 A M J J A S O N D Small LEAs Large LEA pilots On Boarding Large LEAs Balance of LEAs* and Charters** Restart Applicant tracking Advisory Board * Wake, CMS, and other large LEAs opting in will go last – late 2017, early 2018 ** Charters expected to be complete by Fall, 2017

Project Completion Plan to sunset the legacy School Jobs by the end of the calendar year. LEAs will still have access to applications in HRMS Those electing to use the On-Boarding function are encouraged to make On-Boarding a focus activity while we have dedicated vendor support Vendor Support DPI and vendor rollout support is currently fully staffed Rollout support will transition to DPI over the course of 2017 Expected challenge includes transitioning the final LEAs from the legacy School Jobs. We will work closely with all of our customers to help ensure that their applicant tracking needs are met.

Marketing – Driving Applicants to the new ATS Adjust and advertise the new NC Job Board Develop periodic communications for various channels Communicate the message by engaging a variety of Channel Managers UNC-GA & the sixteen campus system - UNDERWAY Independent College/University Ed. Departments – UNDERWAY NCDPI social media, HR, and subject specific channel managers – NOT STARTED Other State Agency web sites - Started Continue to encourage building out LEA’s Social Media presence - UNDERWAY Other???

How Onboarding Will Help

Onboarding Benefits NC templates for quick setup Common NC items set up in template to get you started District specific customization Design your LEAs workflows, processes, documents Self-service Forms and workflows set up by you New Hires from Intelliglance are sent to Onboard.

Onboard Employee Portal Provide everywhere access to your new hires so they can get up to speed quickly and easily.

Onboard Plans and Workflows HR can easily configure new hire plans and workflows This can incorporate staff outside the HR dept. Include the finance team so they can setup payroll, IT staff for establishing network and email accounts.

Checklists & Forms New Hires can easily complete the tasks assigned.

Onboard Electronic Signatures Employees can complete, sign and store important e-documents on a secure online portal

Onboard Dashboards and Reporting HR can monitor progress and ensure task completion Easily see where activities are tin eh process. Reach out to internal staff who need to complete activities, or to the new employee.

Communications Portal http://ncschooljobs.ncdpi.wikispaces.net/HOME+-+NC+SchoolJobs This is the communication hub for the NC School Jobs system. You will find the release notes, a Knowledge Base of support information, training materials and support contact information.

Training Resources There are regularly scheduled training sessions offered each week. In addition, there are videos and PDFs used in the webinars for you to review at any time. There is also a growing library of Quick Reference Documents that focus on a single specific task, so you can zero in on those steps without needing to review and entire training deck.

Support Remember – applicant support is provided by the vendor. It can be accessed easily on any page in the system when a user is logged in. HRMS team provides District and Site administrator support. Be sure to subscribe to the email list to keep updated on new training opportunities, system updates, etc. Collaborate with your colleagues.
