Reports – there are always reports stakeholders need that are critical. Talk to the compliance and lawyers about their needs Be on site if possible. Test more than you need, think of negative testing. Train to as close to go live as possible. Amend Contract with Amendments Option is the best option to Amend Converted Contracts, allows to run the contract to through the wizard. Create Excel to CI for Document Header and Supplier Contracts User Preference User Preferences can be a lot to manage with using Adhoc documents for Contract Request Intake

12 Improvements and Value
Transparency of each contract to all users Physicians Contracting had 12 Contracting Authors, now we have 5 Authors. Patient Safety had a full time employee managing the contracts now they have 10 hours a week. Providers in our Insurance should see about 35% reduction through attrition. Many contracting departments want to use the system because they see time savings in their business process
