8 Adding a New Job Order Select the tab Job Orders and select the type of Job Order desired. This opens up the Manage Job Orders page which will display all Job Orders created to date, both active and inactive. At the top right corner of the screen click +Add Job Order. The user is then directed to the Add/Edit Job Order page. Required fields: Job Title – include school name and position descriptors Posting Start Date – date the Job Order will be first visible to candidates Posting End Date – last date the Job Order will be visible to candidates Job Order Job Category Name Which Administrator(s) can hire Candidate(s) from this Job Order applicant pool? For district Job Orders only Requisition Numbers # of Expected Hires URL where candidates are directed to following the completion of the Job Order application Complete the required/desired fields and click Save Job Order. 9 Easily Manage Job Orders
