City of Perris Permit Process 4 Meeting with City of Perris staff held on February 26, 2015: o District will not be applying for approval from the City’s Planning Department o District will be submitting plans to the City’s Building Department and subsequently the Fire Department for review o District will pay the associated administrative fees with the review process o City is expected to issue a building permit o City is expected to complete the first plan review within 10 working days upon receipt of submittal o The District will self-inspect the work and will not pay any inspection fee
