Any retail commercial business
Any building requiring an internal fire sprinkler system, fire protection booster pump, standby fire line, or onsite fire hydrant
Any building providing medical facilities or services (human or animal)

7. Projects Required to follow district’s extension policy
Any facility preparing or providing food services
Any facility discharging any waste other than domestic waste
Any facility of an unusual nature so determined by the engineering department and confirmed by the executive director
