SELF CARE  ESTABLISH HEALTH CARE PRACTICES SUCH AS:  HEALTHY DIET AND NUTRITION  RESTORATIVE SLEEP  EXERCISE  SUNSINE  PLENTY OF WATER

CELEBRATIVE SKILLS  PRACTICE ENCOURAGING AND AFFIRMING OTHERS  CELEBRATE YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS & THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF OTHERS  APPRECIATE WHAT YOU HAVE MORE THAN FOCUSING ON WHAT YOU DO NOT HAVE  PRACTICE APPRECIATION AND GRATITUDE
