Compassion Stress - Stress resulting from wanting to help a suffering or traumatized person Burn Out - Associated with feelings of hopelessness and difficulties in dealing with work & doing job effectively Compassion Fatigue - A state of exhaustion and dysfunction from prolonged exposure to compassion stress.
