Using Poken’s Hosted Buyer tracking platform, you reduce the time wasted handling hosted buyer tracking through paper booklets & stamps Our platform allows hosted buyers to capture each of their meetings with suppliers, by simply touching pokens. Once they have completed all their meetings, a coupon is automatically generated, giving them the benefits they were promised. A branded web portal is provided, for hosted buyers and exhibitors to log in and view all of their upcoming and/or completed meetings, and also view the documents they’ve collected from touchpoints. Our Hosted Buyer widget allows buyers to see the progress they’ve made in achieving their meetings. The widget showing how many meetings have been had, can be “gamified” allowing various levels of achievement.
