Testing Schedule

Week One 5/2-5/6

Attendance  You MUST show up for your exam on the scheduled date and time  These dates are determined by College Board, and cannot be altered  In the event of an extenuating circumstance (i.e. death in the family or critical illness), contact me immediately by  Sporting events, college visits, and vacations do not qualify as extenuating circumstances  Failure to test on your assigned date will result in additional testing fees, regardless of free/reduced lunch status  This is a College Board policy!

Report Times & Location  7:30 AM for 8:00 AM Exams  11:30 AM for 12:00 PM Exams  Start times cannot be altered for late students  HS Auditorium  You will be escorted to your testing location from the auditorium  ALWAYS go to the auditorium first

Early is on time On time is late Late is unacceptable

Registration & Payment for Exams  You must go online through the RevTrak web store to register and pay for your exams  **NO CASH **NO CHECKS**  The College Board cost for 2016 is $92 per exam  You pay $50 per exam  Dr. Charlton & the BOE have assisted you by offsetting a portion of the fee

Registration & Payment for Exams  Students eligible for free/reduced lunch will have their initial testing fees waived  If you think you are eligible, you must submit your paperwork by Friday 2/5  There are two registration links:  one for standard testing fees  one for free/reduced testing fees  You can only register under your qualifying link  You can only register for exams that correspond to the classes you are taking

Registration Window February 15 th through February 29 th at 11:59 PM  Failure to register during this window will result in you paying the full price ($92) for each exam  DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE  If you encounter an issue, please me or stop by the guidance office  DO NOT CALL  I will get back to you during school hours
