3. * Registration is currently open, as of Wednesday, October 7, 2015. * Closes Friday, October 30, 2015 at 11:59 PM. * Any registrations that have not been paid for by Friday, November 6, 2015 at 11:59 PM will be cancelled and exams will not be ordered (unless special arrangements have been made with Ms. Smith).

4. * DIPLOMA Candidates are the full IB Diploma juniors and seniors. * All other non-full IB students are COURSE Candidates.

5. * Registration Fee- $98 for all COURSE students * Exam Fee- $119 per exam for all students * COURSE candidates pay registration fee and exam fees. * DIPLOMA will pay subject exam fees only. * Fees can only be paid online through totalregistration.net this year. * If you want to test, and paying for the exams presents a significant financial hardship, please see Ms. Smith in K101 as soon as possible.

6. * IB has very strict policies regarding late exams. IB does not allow for any late exams, unless there is a serious medical issue that can be verified with a doctor’s note. * Morning exams begin at 8:00 AM, and afternoon exams begin at 12:00 PM with NO REFUNDS for late arriving students.

8. * Complete the required information Indicate “yes” if you qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch. If you have not yet qualified, but think you might, see Ms. Smith in K101!

9. * Complete the required information Make sure you indicate the correct category! All full IB students click “no.”

10. * Complete the required information Please include a valid parent email address.

11. Complete the required information by listing exams and teachers. Only full IB seniors indicate “yes.” All other students should click “no.”

14. If you checked “yes” for qualification for free/reduced lunch, you will see this page. Approval or denial will occur within 24-48 hours. You can then proceed to make your payment for the exams!

15. The most convenient and secure payment method is by credit card or debit card. If you choose to pay by mail, a check must be mailed directly to Total Registration. No payments will be accepted at Allen High School.

16. * Students are able to cancel their exams up until Friday, November 6 th at 11:59PM for a full refund. After that date, no refunds will be issued.
