Rules and Procedures (a summary of the Disclosure Statement)

Extra Credit 5 homework points for the disclosure acknowledgement form if turned in by next week. No late extra credit will be accepted. Graded and turned in immediately before the test One point for each correct answer on the extra problems on the test preview.
