DEFINITION OF SOCIAL MEDIA Social Media: Forms of electronic communication through which users create online communities to share information, ideas, personal messages and other content.

REACHING INFLUENCERS Use influencers in your network to reach a new demographic and spread key messages

HOW DOES SOCIAL MEDIA WORK? The Multiplier Effect which is shared with their group of followers, subscribers or “friends” in their network Creates a post who then can each share the post one person with their network of friends
