ROOSEVELT HIGH SCHOOL SCAVENGER HUNT If it ain’t rough, it ain’t a rider!

Take a Picture! Take a picture of each of your group members, and paste it above. **NOTICE** Each location will require you to take a picture of something and paste it into this presentation. The completed presentation is your winning ticket!!

Location 1: It’s always hot in here! Gym Clue: Everybody has to do it for at least a year, and some choose to do it more! It’s one of only two classes that never uses desks. It’s also one of the main rooms used after school in the winter time! Be careful! If you’re not wearing the right shoes, you could be in trouble! To find me: Go to the back and turn left To Do: Take a picture of perpendicular lines in this room.

Field Location 2: Oh so new! Clue: This place looks the best all lit up at night! The biggest players kick it here. To find me: Go outside, and look for bright green! To Do: Take a picture of the year this addition was made to Roosevelt.

Location 3: If you build it, they will come Closet Clue: Here at Roosevelt, nobody goes hungry. You should only visit before school, after school or at lunch, and you should never take more than you need. To find me: Go to Step-Up and look around! To Do: Tale a picture of parallel lines in this place.

Location 4: Princes and Princesses are here! Auditorium Location 4: Princes and Princesses are here! Clue: Roosevelt has one of the best programs in this area in the nation! Who knew that fame exists right on our campus! No matter what part you want to play, the game will begin here! To find me: Did you find the gym? Well I’m in the opposite spot! To Do: Find a square in this room, and take a picture.

Location 5: Freedom lives here Writing Center Clue: Did you write something? Did you not like the grade? Are you concerned about your academic success? Then you are probably here! There are heroes on your shoulders, and inspiration is singing from the walls! To Find Me: It’s next door to the place that is above where we eat. To Do: How many holes are in the ceiling? (Use your knowledge of Area) Take a picture of that number

Location 6: The place to talk about the plan Counseling Center Clue: There’s never enough of this place to go around, so you will always have to make an appointment. But you can sit on a couch while you wait to talk about your future! To Find Me: It’s above where we eat. To Do: Roosevelt has about 845 students. How many of these do each of these people serve? (845 students/_#_ counselors) Take a picture of that number.

Location 7: Everything from BSU to TOPS SUN Office If you want to find people like you, this is the place to go! Everybody has a place, and each one is exclusive! If you want to join, look for this place. To Find Me: Look for the list of clubs! To Do: How many clubs could one student join? Think of scheduling conflicts! Take a picture of that number.

Location 8: The really small room that fits every teacher Office Location 8: The really small room that fits every teacher Clue: If you forgot to hand your homework in during class, you better stop by here and drop it in a box. Your parents can also come here if they need to find you—or anybody else for that matter! To Find Me: Look or RHS stars on the wall! To Do: Take a picture of the area of the teacher homes in this room.

Location 9: The most dead people are here. Library (Enter Answer Here) Clue: You will need to visit this place within the first week of school, but probably not alone—unless you want to. Twilight is here, and so areThe Hunger Games. To Find Me: Don’t go too far! To Do: How much would you owe, if your item was 19 days overdue to this place? (Cost per day x # of days) Take a picture of that number.

Words of Wisdom Clue: Find the words of advice from a famous person on one of our walls. To find me: We exist on almost every wall of this building. To Do: Choose your group’s favorite quote and take a picture of it.

Location 10: You’re almost out! Baseball field Clue: There’s an old saying that diamonds are a girl’s best friend, but here, boys and girls both love them! You’re safe, as long as you walk on the right side of the fence. To find me: It’s the same distance away from the gym and the band room.
