6. Bathroom/Locker Passes  You will be given three bathroom/locker passes to use each quarter. You must fill them out properly.  Once you have used them you are not allowed more unless given for a raffle prize.  You may start using the next quarters passes if you choose.  Any unused passes can be turned in at the end of the quarter for extra credit (5 pts. Per pass)
