IPR Comments 2 Department of Planning and Student Information Systems Any notes entered on the students comments will only print if the Teacher prints out the IPR’s. It will not appear on the IPR if this is done on a district level.

Option 1: Print IPR Department of Planning and Student Information Systems 3 1)Select Grades 2)Select Print IPR

Select the Semester, Cycle and Course Department of Planning and Student Information Systems 4

IPR Set - Up Department of Planning and Student Information Systems 5 Enter a average in the blank box and click “Select”. If not, the system will print all grades averages. If you want to see the withdrawn students, click on this box. Teachers can place a note in this box for all Parents/Students to read. If you want a Parent Signature Line, Click on the box.

Student Selection on IPR’s Department of Planning and Student Information Systems 6 Make 1 Selection on how to Print: to select all students. Click on the ( __ Check all) Square. This Class : IPR’s will print for students Course by Course with the assignments and grades. All My Classes : IPR’s will print for the students with all Courses on one page with No assignments and grades. Detailed View : The box may be checked if you want to show the assignments with grades for the students on the IPR when using the “All My Classes. NOTE: You can also select individual students by clicking on the box on the same line of the students name. You can select more than one student at a time.

Print IPR’s Department of Planning and Student Information Systems 7 Once you have selected your students, Click on the Print Selected IPRs button. If you want a Parent Signature Line, Click on the box.
