3 Resource Teacher Main Page Once you log in and select the Intern Management System, you will see a status report for the internship to which you are currently assigned –Options/Status for the timesheet Options –Create –Edit Status: –Awaiting acceptance from Intern, Principal, District Coordinator or EPSB –EPSB changes pending –Approved –View the status of the RTIY Reports View status View & Sign-off on reports awaiting acceptance

4 RTT – Create Timesheet Verify Internship Info –Check the semester and intern name and click the Verify & Go On button if correct Add/Edit Activities –Activities can be added or edited and saved at any time so that you dont have to enter all of your activities at one time –Once added, activities are grouped and totaled by location (in- or out-of-class) –You can print a copy of all activities entered to date at any time for your records

6 RTT Add Activities Date of Activity –Enter dates in the MM/DD/YYYY format Number of Hours –Select the number of hours for the activity Location –Select either In- or Out-of-Class Standards –Select each standard addressed during the activity Description –Enter a summary of the activity including how each standard checked was addressed –Descriptions may not exceed 1,000 characters Add Activity button –Once all information for an activity has been entered, click the Add Activity button –The activity will be added to the list of in- or out-of-class activities beneath the Add Activity section of the web page

8 RTT – Edit Activities To edit an activity, click on the Edit button for the location of that activity –This will allow each field for each activity in that section to be edited –Make your changes and click the Save Changes button –Edits can be made on multiple activities at one time To delete an activity, click on the Delete button next to the activity –Once an activity is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If an activity is deleted by mistake, enter the activity information in the Add Activity section.

9 RTIY – View & Sign-off The status of each cycle report is displayed on the status page. Reports are to be generated during each committee meeting. Once a report is generated, you will be able to view it by clicking on the view link. This will open the report in a new window which will require you to have Adobe Reader installed on your machine. If technical problems prevent a report from being created or signed- off on during a committee meeting, you can sign-off on the report at a later time via this module To sign-off, enter your full name, username and password; click the Accept checkbox and then the Sign-off button. This will store your sign-off and load the page for the remaining signatures. If you are not ready to sign-off, simply return to the main page or logout and you can view and sign-off on the report at a later time.
