Super Sponsor – Someone who’s able to sign NEW people up into Any Opportunity To do this you MUST understand “How To Sponsor” aka “The Recruiting Process” Sponsoring is actually VERY easy… but MOST people over-complicate it … Why do people do it?  They Don’t Understand “The Recruiting Process” In Network Marketing, our Job is to SORT … not to SELL  Selling is Convincing, and Attempting to “talk people into” doing things; That’s not what Super Sponsors do. Super Sponsors are Professional Sorters  They understand their “role” … There are 4 “roles” in “The Recruiting Process”  Know Which ROLE you’re In!

Before we get into those “Roles” it’s important to Define A Sponsor … At some point in your MLM Career, you will be “sponsored” into an Opportunity… Often, we misunderstand the “responsibility” of our sponsor, and our responsibility too. Your Sponsor’s ONLY responsibility to you, is to “Lead By Example…” I’ll wait a moment for the Ah-Ha moment to fully digest, and for the light bulbs to Go on … “What Example are YOU setting for the people YOU sponsor?” … Here’s the Other thing YOU need to understand. It’s up to YOU to Succeed in Business. Whether your sponsor is a great ‘leader’ or not ultimately your success is in your hands

So let’s talk about the “Recruiting Process” and the 4 Roles that are involved. 1. Approaching & Picquing Interest  2. Inviting to a Presentation  3. Following up & Closing  4. Enrollment/Training A Super Sponsor never does more than “One step at a time” with each prospect. Super Sponsors Excel at taking a prospect through EACH Step  aka “Sorting” Super Sponsors ‘recognize’ what point in the process each prospect is at, so they Will know what to do NEXT  “Invite? Follow up? Enroll in Training?” … Super Sponsors realize that people are always ‘quitting’ and/or making excuses … So super sponsors stay in “Phase One”, or “Role One” …  Approaching & Picquing

A Super Sponsor often will “rely” on a System, and/or their Partners for roles 2-4 Super Sponsors focus primarily on Picquing Interest to “SORT” New People … A prospect that makes it to the END of the Sort, is usually signing up! A prospect that falls OUT of the Sort, is NOT signing up  it’s really that simple… People these days get started and think they need business cards, flyers, websites, And think they need to be an expert at presenting & training new people … All of that is useless if you can’t get “NEW People” started in the “recruiting process” Also since a sponsor ‘leads by example’  if you do all 4 roles, the people you are ‘sorting’ will think THEY too, will need to do all 4 roles  Keep It Stupid Simple …

You’re leading by Example… So if “all a person has to do is approach and picque” … They too will become REALLY good at “approaching/picquing … and “Passing” … When YOU Pass prospects to a ‘video presentation’ and/or a 3way call … You’re showing your NEW people how to do the same  So they can do it too… When you Show your NEW people how to follow up with prospects who’ve seen a Presentation  You’re showing them that “the Fortune is in the Follow up” … When you Continue to SPONSOR new people by taking them through the “SORT” … You set the ‘example’ for your team, that if they too will follow the process, they too Will Sponsor NEW people into their business  It all starts with Phase One!

Eventually Super sponsors WILL learn all 4 roles; and will know “WHEN” to perform. Super Sponsors leverage a “System” to show NEW people how Easy it is to do this… The Leaders will emerge, they’ll show up  They will “FOLLOW the Example” The “Lead Generators” will often fail to show up; A “Super sponsor” must recognize What is happening, and “Go THROUGH” that lead generator before the leg Dies… Super Sponsors will learn how to do this, by attending Trainings and being Students. As a Super Sponsor understands that they are Sorters... “Leading by Example” … If they want other people to do something, They make sure THEY do it first. Super Sponsors are always “Sorting” and teaching others how to do the same…

A super sponsor is “NOT” a “Manager” … who Manages their downline … It’s not YOUR job to help people make money, by doing their work for them… YOUR job is to stay in “Phase One” and Lead by Example, Doing what others should do If/When people are not following your example, you find NEW People who will… The more Success you have ‘following the system’ the more PROOF you have, it works Super Sponsors will SORT till they find the “RIGHT people” To work with … A sponsors JOB is NOT to motivate his/her people; It’s to find Self-Motivated People. We simply point people in the right direction, and wait to see WHO follows directions.
