6 1. FAIL TO TAKE IT SERIOUSLY AS A BUSINESS JUST LIKE ANY OTHER BUSINESS.

7 1. Fail to Take it Seriously as a Business Just Like any Other Business.
You are in business when u registered yourself as a distributor. Be proud of the Longrich business – be purposeful, be prepared. You are in the business of improving health & wealth. No money no talk , no talk no money – TTP,TTP,TTP. Part timers – 10 hours per week – talk to 5 people - present products & Compensation Plan Spend 80% of your time to sell some products and recruit new people to expand your network Do it non-stop for at least 1 solid year

No business in this world can succeed without a proper and effective business plan. Nobody plans to fail but people fail to plan – when u fail to plan, u actually plan to fail without you knowing it. Plan and project your network growth, budgeting. Create business strategies – network expansion + sales growth. Must be willing to invest – such as useful business building tools. Execute the plan then evaluate it’s effectiveness - constantly review your business plan.

3% of the people make the world go around – the rest of 97 just follow– the difference is in setting goal. No goal is sad small goal is bad. If u can’t hit the target that u can’t see then how can u even hit the target that u don’t have. Set goals for your Longrich business and other aspects of your life. Set a S.M.A.R.T goal.

S - SPECIFIC - Clear direction with to-do details. M - MEASSURABLE – Setting your goals with deadlines. A - ACHIEABLE - Realistic & within reach. R - RATE YOUR GOAL – Prioritise different goals. T - TRACK YOUR GOAL - How far are you from your goal.

Don’t be a N.A.T.O - no action talk only Let your goals drive you all the way Stay focus on your goal – do get distracted or side-tracked Change your plan but not your goal Visualise and verbalise your set goals

15 4. Fail to Educate Your Downlines By Using Duplication
Downlines are like babies – take care of them, teach and lead them. Put them on the right track from day one – show them the direction – listen to their concern and allay their fears. Product user or business builder - find out within 1 week – never assume. Sit down with them and go through their prospect list, set goals with them. For the first 3 times, do the presentation for them – for the 4th & 5th time you share the presentation with them, starting on the 6th time onwards, let them present and u just observe, listen and chip in when necessary.

Genuinely care for your down liners like u care for your children However do not spoil or spoon feed them - don’t give them fish but teach them how to fish If u find out the they are not the suitable ones - leave them and work on the new potential people Network Marketing is a business of sorting out people – it is a simple business but not an easy business not everyone will make it Don’t indulge in Heroism – Network will never grow without you

Knowledge is only potential power – applied knowledge is power. It’s not what u know that matters but what u do with what u know that matters. 3. Constantly attend relevant meeting and training sessions to improve yourself – ultimately to be a great leader. 4. Practise everything that u have learned in your business - learn, do, teach.

The Longrich business is yours and yours alone as such you are fully responsible for your own success. Your up liner is obligated + responsible to teach you only during the initial stage – first 90 days. Learn every aspects of the business within the first 90 days – Company , products , Compensation Plan. Must be able to present the Business Opportunity on your own within the 90 days.

If u have not succeeded before, don’t try to start your own system. Just follow and do as you are told – follow the guide and blue print. Do u ever question the school curriculums before enrolling? Selling, Sponsoring and Servicing – universal strategies are no different than one another.

24 8. Fail to Work With Uplines, Sidelines and Downlines
United we stand, divided we fall – solidarity and teamwork is crucial in network marketing business. Uplines are like parents, sidelines are like siblings and downlines are like offsprings. Do unto others what u want others to do unto you. Pass your negative energy up, and positive energy down. Avoid politicing – don’t play tennis on a basketball court . Build your success on the success of others.
