13 Meaning: “No” means Peggy may not be a ‘good prospect.’ Prospects like Peggy are unhappy with their jobs, but unwilling to change for a better life. Better to NOT Waste:  Time  Energy  Convince  Explain What To Do?: 1.Stay Positive 2.Thank Prospect 3.Move onto Next Prospect Also, Louie can check with Peggy again later.
