Now What? Report Scheduler What do we need for this Reporting Group Pinned Report

Scenario: So...we have this great series of custom reports that has been built and delivered – meets all our basic needs and in fact meets needs across a variety of user groups and even departments.

Even as an everyday end user I am not stuck with this report “as is”. There are a TON of features and options available to customize the look and feel of the report for my own personal use.

Example #1: Advanced Users in HR or Student: I’d like to create hyperlinks on this report to join the information from the Faculty ID to the Current Jobs record in FAST HR I’d like to be able to the instructors directly from the report I’d like to be able to create a visualization to make an impact!

Example #2: Everyday End User in FAST: I’d like to aggregate the report data I’d like to Cross-Tab my data to turn column data into report headers by ORGN code I’d like to illustrate average and sum totals of costs of TA’s and per student rates

Example #3: All End Users in FAST Custom Data Entry Report – can be viewed in a variety of ways, based on roles – let’s take a look! Let’s also create a Pinned Report to better illustrate a Record Count Let’s use a Function based filter so the data becomes dynamic

Example #4: All End Users! I’d like to keep track of these report results on a weekly basis Let’s schedule this report to be sent to ME using the new personal Report Scheduler
