3 Improved Search Template Management
The Manage Search Templates and Manage Output Templates popups have been revamped for an easier and more efficient template management experience. These popups now feature dynamic sorting and filtering to quickly find and review templates. Templates can be sorted and/or filtered by various criteria such as: Title Owner Last Run date and time Users can also now bulk delete templates by selecting multiple templates from the list and clicking Delete.

4 Dependent List Options
Fields within the new Dependent List Options structure are set up as a hierarchy, with "parent" dropdowns determining the options available in the next-level "child" dropdowns. This removes room for error and provides better usability, and also allows admins to report on individual levels within hierarchical lists. User admins can set up this structure in System Configuration by using a new field type titled Dropdown (Dependent List Options). Recruiters now automatically receive an notification when a hiring manager reviews a candidate within the app, which includes details such as the review and reason. User admins can enable a new Dashboard panel and widget for recruiters to view mobile feedback, which readily displays candidates who were reviewed in the app (below). The new widget uses additional columns and filters added in this release, which users can also add to custom reports to identify candidates with pinned activities (e.g. candidates who were reviewed in the app).
