3 New Alerts Alert Formats and Timing:
Alerts will be delivered via auto- , generated from Work Records Each alert has a different explaining the issue and next steps All alerts are scheduled to be delivered on a weekly basis Each contains a link to open the platform and take directly to the report Users who do not have any actionable items will not receive an CONFIDENTIAL

4 30 Day Edits This alert is sent when a contract employee has an entire shift that was edited in- meaning the employee never clocked in or out using the kiosk. This alert does not require action within the system. “Your saved view has results. There are edits to punches in Work Records that occurred within the last 30 days. Those listed here were completely edited in, meaning the worker never touched the kiosk. Please review these edits and ensure employee is instructed to punch in and out using the kiosk.” CONFIDENTIAL

5 30 Day Edits Clicking on the “Show Full Details” button will bring you to the list of employees. Actions would include letting both the employee and supervisor that the kiosk must be used. It may also require additional training for one or both. CONFIDENTIAL

6 Uninvoiced Hours This alert is sent when there are past hours in the system that do not have an invoice attached. This will show entries from the last 12 months. This alert does not require the property to take action within the platform. “If you receive this , it means that there are WorkSegments in WorkRecords that haven't been invoiced. It's possible the hours have not been approved and are therefore not able to be invoiced. •Log into WorkRecords and then click the "Click Here" link below. You will see the summary of which departments are impacted. •Click on the yellow Show Full Details link on the top left. •If the first column "Approval ID" is blank, then the hours are not approved. Contact your department manager to approve the hours. •If there is an approval ID, then the hours are approved, Contact the Labor Supplier to determine why the invoicing is late.” CONFIDENTIAL

8 Uninvoiced Hours The supervisor will need to approve these hours so an invoice can be sent and attached. If this area is populated, contact the Supplier to request the invoices. *Invoices for items on this list that were paid directly to the Supplier must be resubmitted through Work Records. Starting January 1st, 2018, the hotels will be instructed not to pay invoices that do not come through Work Records. CONFIDENTIAL

9 Unapproved Time This alert is sent when there are past hours in the system that have not been approved by the Supervisor of the department. This alert requires that the property approve/reject all items on the list. “Your hotel has contract labor hours from the last three weeks that were not approved on time. Please log in to review which departments did not approve their hours.” CONFIDENTIAL

11 Supplier Edits This alert is sent when a Supplier has logged in to Work Records and adjusted a time card for your property. No system action is required for this alert. “Within the last 30 days, suppliers have edited time cards for your hotel, contrary to Corporate's desire for all edits to be made by hotel management. Click the link below to review which supplier edited and remind them that edits are to be done by hotel management only.” Stonebridge requests that all edits be done by the hotel. If information needs to be modified, the Supplier needs to contact the hotel to request the change be made. CONFIDENTIAL

13 Timing & Next Steps Uninvoiced Edits must be completed by Dec. 31st
All other items in these reports must be cleaned up no later than Nov. 30th Starting Dec. 1st, monthly audits will be run to address outstanding items. Properties will be contacted if further action is required. CONFIDENTIAL
