SIHS Schedule Block Scheduling –4 classes each day with study hall –1 hour, 25 minutes in each class –30 minutes in study hall Credits –August-January students can earn 4 credits –January-June students can earn 4 more credits –8 credits total are possible in 1 school year
Course Credits Passing 1 course = Earning 1 credit 28 Credits are required to graduate Earning 6 credits = Sophomore Earning 12 credits = Junior Earning 20 credits = Senior These are minimum requirements The goal is to earn 8 credits each school year

SIHS will host a Parent Night for Rising Freshmen in early March to go over registration information in more detail High school counselors will visit the middle schools in mid-March and to help students register for classes.
