Successful Learners are also  Resourceful problem solvers  Reflective (think and ask questions, provide reasons for opinions & self-evaluate progress)  Cooperative (contribute to group efforts)  Respectful  Responsible for their own behavior

Expectations: Modes of Learning  Whole class instruction  Independent work  Partner or Group work

Whole Class Instruction  Students’ attention on teacher (No side talking)  Materials (pencil/notebook/book) are ready  Raise your hand and wait to be called on by name  Students take notes
