Skills Development Scotland Careers Information Advice and Guidance Strategy SDS tasked with: 1. Developing an integrated service delivery model 2. Introducing our new web service (My World of Work) 3. Focusing face-to-face interventions on target groups 4. Establishing a framework to help the people of Scotland develop career management skills (CMS) – CMS Framework consultation launch on 28 th March Supporting capability and capacity building: By helping schools and colleges develop CMS in young people through trial approaches and the offer of joint staff learning and development By providing appropriate Continuous Professional Development 6. Working with partners to develop a Quality Assurance Framework for career information, advice and guidance services
