Personalisation Tender Process –Issued a PQQ (Preliminary Qualifying Questionnaire) Attracted 13 Responses –Issued an ITT (Invitation To Tender) Reduced Responses to 5 –Responses were then evaluated on Functionality, Authority Cost and Provider Cost –Short listed to 3 for presentations Re-evaluated Selected a Winner BACKGROUND / RE-CAP

Personalisation System Associates were selected –Entered a 10 day challenge period –Notified System Associates –Held Preliminary Kick-off Meeting 11 th Nov BACKGROUND / RE-CAP

Personalisation CURRENT POSITION Finalising the Contract Pre-design work on system requirements –System Associate led workshops –Leading to development of Prototypes for review Implementation Planning –Agree Activities –Resources –Timetable needed to launch on 14 th Feb

Personalisation IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING Acceptance Testing –Most Important Step Does the system do what WE expect it to do Green / Red light to launch –Acceptance Testing will involve Staff Providers Service Users

Personalisation YOUR HELP WITH ACCEPTANCE TESTING A lot of specific provider functionality –We need you to be happy with it We also need provider data to test the rest

Personalisation Everyone will have an opportunity to test the system –Anticipate around middle January Looking for volunteers to help earlier –Use a very early beta version –Accept that things might not work well –Prepared to set up test catalogues –Support other testing streams YOUR HELP WITH ACCEPTANCE TESTING

Personalisation Early Adopter Plenty of Support MAY get an opportunity to tweak things However –Need to be able to start anytime now –Be involved potentially for next 4-6 weeks –Although not 100% of your time! YOUR HELP WITH ACCEPTANCE TESTING
