2 ISSUES TO BE RESOLVED 1.List of challenges experience by employees: -Management and Union Meetings has been held in January and February, March,May and June 2015. 2. Vision & Mission of the Entity. -To be dealt with in the new council Strategic Planning session in the 2 nd Quarter 2015. In consultation with all the Stakeholders within the institution. 3. No Performance agreement with the all staff:- Performance Management System is in place and will be rollout from Top Management to the lower staff members this will be completed in the 3rd Quarter 2015. 2

Lack of Skills Development for Staff: - Training & Development Plan is underway to be completed for submission to the CATHSSETA by end April 2015. - OHS Training and Computer Course and Training with Damelin took place in February 2015.
