A set of rapidly evolving tools in the internet and mobile arenas that enable people to connect, create, collaborate, contribute and communicate with an unlimited number of individuals and groups on an unlimited number of topics and specialized subjects in an accelerated time frame. 2. A way for the little guys to have the same voice as the big guys.
