October 2001Project presentation REGNET 4 Work Plan of WP1 The whole work within WP 1 has been divided into two working groups. Group one was formed by the content providers within REGNET. They focused on content related issues within Work package 1. The second group was formed by the technical partners working on the technical specifications of the REGNET system. Partners from both groups joined to work on the identification of markets and business functions, as well as on the legal framework and partnership model for REGNET.
