EDUCATION All students should feel that their education is relevant during and after their study time Education

STUDENT’S HEALTH CORRELATES WITH A GOOD ACADEMIC YEAR The KTH academic year 2014/15 (läsårsindelningen): -Easter break -Walpurgis is a day off -Reexams before exams, not after Education

IMPACT THROUGH DISCUSSIONS AND ENGAGEMENT All professors have to take a mandatory course to be examiner. KTH thesis projects will have the grades pass/fail and a one year limit. THS Education now has a group to engage more students and work as a forum for discussions. THS Head of Educational affairs will be 3 persons!! Education

FUTURE All students are aware of their unique skills and their career opportunities Future

MENTAL AND PHYSICAL WELFARE FOR ALL STUDENTS How many of KTH- students own their apartment (bostadsrätt)? 35% THS has worked for more student housing Continued work with the study environment - More study areas - Better study areas Better collaborations with Student Health (Studenthälsan) for more knowledge of mental health General student welfare

EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING Welfare survey among students, “Hur mår teknologen” told us: 9.6% has experienced discrimination! This is not acceptable! We have written a policy for our Equality and Diversity-work All students should be able to engage in THS – more focus on FUNKA-students General student welfare

LEISURE TIME STUDENT WELFARE All students have the opportunity to participate in meaningful and stimulating leisure activities Leisure time student welfare

DIVERSITY IN LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES We have updated the regulations for student union societies The ever-improving- reception: more courses for those involved in the reception Leisure time student welfare

A UNIFIED CAMPUS FOR ALL THS MEMBERS We will get one more chapter hall and two more chapters at campus next year! The chapters have together decided who should move where! We are trying a pilot with D and Media to open up the alcohol restrictions for the pubs at campus! =) Leisure time student welfare

FOUNDATION THS activities rests on a strong organization Foundation

THS AS A INTEGRATED ORGANISATION THS has stopped trying to integrate by segre- gation and will not only work with inte- gration, we will work integrated. The statues and regulations are being translated to English. We haven’t been able to integrate the Fria chapter due to adm. problems. We will integrate the activities instead! Almost all communi- cation is now in two languages. Foundation

THS TOTAL AND CENTRAL ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES We have evaluated THS Total organizational structure -We will not change the number or the division of chapters -We have clarified the roles of THS Central and THS Local We have evaluated THS Central organizational structure - THS Management Team will now work in units - We will continue evaluate how THS should work with communication Foundation

THS AS A MEMBER DRIVEN ORGANISATION In the elections to the student union council, 11.2% of the members voted. Highest percentage of voters, 62.4%, CL. Biggest gain from last year, +28.5%, MiT. Foundation

THS AS A MEMBER DRIVEN ORGANISATION Last year, 77% of KTHs full time students were a member at THS, this year on the other hand: 87% Foundation
