What Would Lizzy Do? HOW WOULD YOU ANSWER???

What are Lizzy’s Values?  Lizzy is 16 years old  The favorite qualities she sees in her friends are honesty and trustworthiness.  She values spending time with her friends and loves to play sports or do anything that is adventurous  In her free time, Lizzy visits her grandmother in the nursing home and walks her dog

What Would Lizzy Do?  Lizzy and her parents agreed that if she will take care of her dog, her parents will pay for food and other necessary items. Thus far, Lizzy has been able to keep up with her responsibilities, but with volleyball season coming up, she isn’t sure how much time she will have to care for and play with her dog. While visiting the animal shelter today, Lizzy saw the cutest little kitten and immediately fell in love. She tried to call her parents to ask if she could bring the kitten home, but couldn’t get a hold of either of them.  Considering Lizzy’s values, and her perception of needs and wants, what would Lizzy do? Why?

What Would Lizzy Do?  As Lizzy hopped into her friend’s car after tennis practice, she tossed her tennis racket into the backseat. It was Friday, and she was excited to spend some time with her friends! When she and her friends walked into the mall she noticed a sporting goods store with brand new tennis rackets in the window. Lizzy went to look at the new rackets and thought about buying one.  Considering Lizzy’s values, and her perception of needs and wants, what would Lizzy do? Why?

What Would Lizzy Do?  Last week when Lizzy was visiting her grandmother, she noticed that her grandmother’s favorite picture frame had fallen off her desk and broke. Her grandmother’s birthday was coming up, so Lizzy had saved her allowance for three weeks to have enough money to buy a gift for her grandmother. While Lizzy was browsing in a store, she saw a shirt that she had wanted since school started, but only had enough money for either the picture frame or the shirt.  Considering Lizzy’s values, and her perception of needs and wants, what would Lizzy do? Why?

What Would Lizzy Do?  Lizzy had to hurry and get home. She needed to let her dog out before rushing back to the school for her basketball game. As Lizzy walked into the front door, she stepped over her basketball shoes that were chewed up and destroyed. She had saved all of her summer job income to pay for the same new basketball shoes that the entire team was going to wear this season, and now they were ruined. She had an old pair in the closest that would work for tonight’s game, but didn’t have enough money to buy a new pair.  Considering Lizzy’s values, and her perception of needs and wants, what would Lizzy do? Why?

What Would Lizzy Do?  While visiting her grandmother, Lizzy accidentally knocked a ceramic decoration off the receptionist’s desk and it fell to the ground and shattered. She knew she would have to give up some of her birthday money to replace the decoration and she only had enough to buy a new sweatshirt that she was very excited to have, but no one saw her break the ceramic decoration.  Considering Lizzy’s values, and her perception of needs and wants, what would Lizzy do? Why?

What Would Lizzy Do?  Last week, Lizzy agreed to baby-sit for her neighbor’s three children on Friday night. She didn’t have anything going on this weekend and was excited to earn a little spending money. Friday morning at school, her best friend told her that she and her family were going to an amusement park for the weekend and asked if Lizzy wanted to come with. What an adventure! Lizzy would absolutely love to go with her friend for the weekend, but had already agreed to babysit.  Considering Lizzy’s values, and her perception of needs and wants, what would Lizzy do? Why?
