Data Entry Issues Report on Content Group Meeting Future scenarios: Solutions for online and offline data entry will be offered by the CSCs (parallel) to support different scenarios: - upload - edit records - local management (offline templates, maybe also databases, e. g. MySQL) This is a task not yet fully completed, tools must be refined in order to find a convenient solution.

Feedback to the tools (demonstrated during 1st/2nd day) Report on Content Group Meeting Data Entry Intensive discussion mainly about individual features (how it functions, is it possible?,...) and consequently a kind of further requirement definition. First requirements could be fixed (validation procedures etc.) but 1. Functionality must be tested intensively [CPs] 2. Usability must be tested intensively [CP expert group] 3. Synchronization is needed especially for the themes template (which is not an individual application, but a tool by used by each partner in the same way) [TARX, AIT,...]

Different outputs are necessary, e. g. virtual galleries, print products, presentations) - Interface (& speed) must be improved - Editing facilities must be enhanced: actually the publisher has no control Proposal/Agreement: Further effort to develop an interface for the integration of external applications (optional for CPs)
