Instruct Students Logging in: students enter their user names and passwords Setting up your account students enter their CAHSEE scores Answering test questions and diagnostic questions students begin Mentor Session and answer questions

Reading lessons in English & Spanish students can read the lesson in either English or Spanish, but that they must enter the answer in English only Listening to lessons in English & Spanish students can hear audio in English or Spanish to explain diagnostic questions Downloading homework students can complete lessons from any computer with Internet access Tracking progress students can run progress reports to view their scores Instruct Students

Track Student Progress You can see how individual students are progressing. Here is a print screen example of a student’s math scores. Here is a print screen example of a student’s English scores. Detailed scores Detailed information Specific subject

You can see how your whole class is progressing. Here is a print screen example of a class report. Track Student Progress Detailed scores

Track Student Progress Use the data from the student mentor sessions to understand the lessons all of your students are not comprehending. Be sure to cross-reference the student reports with the class reports to see if one student is skewing the results. Students who are struggling with one concept should continue working on the mentor sessions until they have mastered the subject matter.

Assign Homework Student completes Mentor Sessions, and then? Review Progress Computer Lessons Run Reports Textbook Lessons

Assess Homework Review the student’s homework from the CAHSEE Revolution website to determine if the student is making progress. Continue to assign homework until the student has mastered the concept. Once the student has mastered the concept, have them retake the mentor sessions. The student should continue studying until he or she passes the CAHSEE test.
