Costs Daily Rate ranges from $10,500 - $14,000 per day depending on the Contractor. Mileage rate from dispatch point to incident (varies by contractor). Costs for consumables varies by contractor Daily savings over R5 average EERA rates $6-8,000 per day.

The Process Four 5 person teams of Logistics Section trainees rotate on a two week cycle Mentor assigned to each team (LSC 1 or 2) Team and Mentor activated on each Type 1 or 2 incident
Qualifications & Selection Trainees must have at least one initiated taskbook in the Logistics Section. Priority for selection into the program is based on closest qualifications as a Logistics Section Chief Type 2 Only Federal agencies in California
