8 Collective Bargaining Agreements Closed Satellite Camps – need CTR documentation Pay period – 15 th and last day of month Hours – straight time begins again after rest period

9 DNR Practices Driving – 10 hours per person, 16 total R&R - preferred between 10-14, but can be taken after incident. Extensions - must be signed by employee, needs to document R&R day

10 DNR Practices Out of State Assignments – do not re-assign out of state without permission Laundry - entitled to laundry after 5 days Fire Camp - all DNR employees are allowed to leave during off-duty hours

11 DNR Practices Cost Apportionment– DNR uses Cost Module report to settle fires Claims - DNR uses tort claims, cannot settle at incident Injuries- must use WA Labor & Industries claim form plus DNR’s initial incident report
