8 Training MOUs We have 7 MOUs with Fire Associations in the Pacific NW
We have 11 Public Training Providers (Colleges) in Oregon and 13 in Washington. The Public Training Provider MOUs are currently being reviewed for renewal.

9 Records Verification MOUs
Currently we have 5 Companies that are providing services for verifications. We require records verification for any employee who requires training beyond RT-130. 3,500 records verified by MOU companies last season.

10 Equipment Inspection MOUs
Started small in 2014 to make sure that our processes were in place, inspected 70 pieces of equipment. Recently added 4 additional providers for a total of 8. In 2015 we will be inspecting: Misc. Logging equipment, Potable/Gray Water Trucks, Trailer Mounted Handwash for approximately 400 pieces of equipment.

11 Equipment Utilization Fire Season 2014
Resource Orders Filled: 3,371 for a total of 32,798 days Type 3, 4, 5, 6 Engines had 1,731 orders for 15,048 days Interagency Fire Crews had 714 orders for 5,545 days on 125 incidents. Region 6 has 757 Vendors with 2,438 pieces of equipment including fallers.

12 Incident Contract Project Inspectors
We are continuing to increase our capacity in the ICPI program. We are providing coordination and oversight to the ICPI Program. Increased communications via and conference calls throughout the summer Training and Refreshers Equipment Inspection Workshop

13 Collaboration We continue to build relationships with our State/Federal partners in an effort to increase efficiencies Vendor Road Show Vendor Issue Form Recommendations, Issues, etc. Posted to FACT website

14 GACC Collaboration Pacific NW Contract Equipment Task Group Goals
Tasked by Incident Business Committee Interagency participation Goals Coordinate ordering & hiring protocols for agencies and their contracts/agreements Clarify when VIPR resources should be ordered, State Agreements, etc. Develop incident inspection standards and ICPI coordination on inter-agency level.
