If you choose to use creams that need reapplying during the day, please ensure that your child knows how to apply it themselves. All sun cream bottles brought into school need to be clearly named. YR-Y4 need to place these bottles in the tub in the classroom. Y5/6 can keep them either in their trays or PE bags. Teachers will remind children to apply the cream before lunch time but the older children will be expected to manage this with a greater degree of independence. If your child does not have suncream in school with them we will assume that they for applied all day protection. Water Please ensure your child has a fresh bottle of water each day. We had great fun working closely together as we were tested on our knowledge of books.” SEAL RELEASE – 13 th March Class 4 had an exciting time watching the RSPCA from West Hatch releasing seals back into the sea at Combe Martin beach.
