Remember, Data is your best ally! If you don’t have the contact name, do this first: 1.Data mine (call the day before or earlier in the day) 2.Get their name, DM name, , FaceBook etc.

ACT as IF…. You are their biggest customer or the DM’s good friend. 1.ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS use a script! 2.Be “matter of fact” in your demeanor 3.Close all requests off with “Thanks” 4.Never “ask” always tell. Remember, they are used to being told what to do. 5.Don’t let them sense you are uncomfortable 6.Don’t let them take messages. Rarely do they actually deliver them.

You will need to deal with that issue by showing your credibility)

(This is an issue with your pre-qualification of the DM. To fix this, add a qualifier into the script before the presentation.) Add this to your script: “If you like everything you see and hear today are you the person that makes the decision or do you have a partner?” (If they still lay this on you at the close, then let them know they told you they made the decision and ask them what you did wrong. Was it something I said?) (Yes, I Guilt trip them)

I understand (DM) exactly where you are coming from. In fact, many of my customers felt exactly the same way in the beginning before I explained the differences of what we were providing versus many of these companies that appear to offer lower price options. Many of these companies have hidden add-ons and other price schemes to reel you in by making the offer look more enticing, only to hit you with all the extra’s later. We don’t agree with that sort of thing. Our policy is to educate you on your options and let you decide. (Explain Your Benefits)
